If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’re seriously considering counselling or coaching in how to gain clarity and strength. That in itself is a brave step. Exploring the Self takes courage, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
I work with individuals who feel stuck, anxious, moderately depressed, or struggle with low self-esteem.
I help untangle the threads of past and current experiences so you can find relief and freedom in the present. Especially when life feels overwhelming, it’s natural to build walls around our hearts and retreat into our thoughts.
But here’s the truth:
You can’t think your way out of this with the thoughts you have come accustomed to.
You feel your way out.
Through my own journey, I’ve come to understand how negative experiences shape harmful self-beliefs and create patterns that harm us. Healing begins when we gently unravel these layers. I’ve experienced the transformative power of this work firsthand, and it’s shaped how I support others….with compassion, patience, and a safe space where even the most vulnerable parts of you can emerge without fear.
Many people come to me feeling lost, weighed down, and unsure of their next step. Together, we sit in that space, nurturing a light where there was once darkness.

How I work

The weight of your past can quietly weave itself into your present. Memories, the experiences…both the cherished and the painful…shape the way you feel, act, and see the world right now. If fear holds you back, or if you find yourself stuck in patterns that dim your potential.
Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s been holding you back and work to transform it. Like untangling a knot, we’ll release the hold of the past so that you can experience the present moment in its fullness..with lightness, freedom, and peace.
2. Feeling Resourceful in the Present
Maybe you long to feel calmer, stronger, more confident, or more focused, we will find practical, empowering techniques you can rely on.
Reconnecting to the strengths already within you. Together, we’ll find those strengths and plant the seeds of new true beliefs that will shift how you experience the world. You’ll discover what it feels like to stand on solid ground, even when life feels shaky.

Transformation isn’t reserved for other people..it’s something you can experience, too. You’re capable of more than you know, and it starts with one small step forward.

We all have fear in us ..fear of failing, of not being enough, of what others might think.
That fear often keeps us in places we’ve actually already outgrown! You’re not alone in this, and there’s no shame in feeling stuck.
What makes us human is that we struggle, but what makes us resilient is claiming the power back.

You’re not a checklist, and you’re not a problem to be solved. Every person’s path is different, and that’s why no single method works for everyone.

ADHD and Autism
As a coach, my work is grounded in empathy, understanding, and lived experience. Recently, I’ve expanded my work to supporting parents of neurodiverse children…not only in understanding and navigating their children’s behavioral challenges but also in caring for themselves and managing their own emotions and worries as parents.
As a mother of four children, three of whom are on the autism and ADHD spectrum, I’ve learned that parenting begins with self-awareness. Before I can help my children, I must first manage my own emotions, find calm within myself, and approach parenting with patience and presence. This realisation forms the foundation of my work with parents. I help them reconnect with their own well-being, cultivate self-compassion, and shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered.
A significant part of my coaching is helping parents break free from the limitations of mainstream parenting advice, which often doesn’t work for neurodiverse children. Instead, I guide them in adopting approaches that focus on deep connection, patience, and truly understanding their child’s unique needs. But my work doesn’t stop there…it extends to the parents themselves. I support them in finding balance, nurturing their own mental health, and reclaiming their sense of identity beyond their role as caregivers.
